Absolutely Exceptional Electrician – Highly Recommend! We’ve had the pleasure of working with Ryan and his team over the past two years across two of our homes in Wake Forest, and every experience has been phenomenal. They’ve handled a wide range of projects for us — from large, complex jobs like installing a whole-house generator, replacing the exterior service panel, adding a 3rd and new subpanel, and running dedicated circuits, to smaller tasks like installing over 50 smart switches and receptacles, replacing fan light kits, mounting TVs, and setting up cameras. In every single case, their work has been top-notch. The quality, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. They take great pride in doing the job right the first time, and it really shows. The team is courteous, efficient, and consistently leaves the workspace clean and tidy. A special mention goes to Karla, who is absolutely outstanding — she goes above and beyond every step of the way, keeping communication clear and making sure everything runs smoothly and gets done to our level of expectations. Ryan is truly the best electrician we’ve worked with, and we only have good things to say.
I hired Ryan replace an overhead light fixture with a ceiling fan. He arrived right at the time he scheduled with me. He was professional, friendly, his pricing was reasonable, and I'm very satisfied with the installation. I just moved in and the fan was a top priority, so that's all I had him do today, but I will definitely be calling him for other electrical jobs in the future.
I have contracted Ryan to work on two projects with one being a full kitchen remodel. This will have been my sixth kitchen remodel in 20 years and working with Ryan was the smoothest most collaborative experience ever! My wife kept changing specs on lighting etc. and he just rolled with the punches (so did I)! The results were astounding as there were not only under cabinet lights, but several accent cabinet lights and recessed lights as well! You can see for yourself 8106 Sommerwell, Raleigh. BTW he did all this while anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new child!!! Ryan is the first person to call for all your electrical needs and you will probably gain a friend as well...
We have worked with Ryan Awar on two major commercial projects and a couple of residential projects. His work is always excellent and if something doesn’t go quite right he is quick to make any corrections necessary. It’s always a pleasure to work with Ryan and his company. Ryan did the electrical work for our new kitchen - ceiling lights, lights in upper cabinets and under cabinet lighting. Very happy with his professionalism and the final results. He addressed the permits and offered great suggestions. Would definitely work with him and his team again!

Called Awar Electric for a generator subpanel install and to say i was impressed by the service, professionalism, quality and price is an understatement! He came out showed me what he had to do and he went to work. If you are in the Franklin county area he is the man to talk to about any electrical work!

Ryan installed several ceiling light fixtures and transferred one fixture to another location in our home. He spent extra time getting the living room fixture just right. When it came to installing the three island pendants, Ryan spent so much time getting them at the right height and he meticulously worked on them for a long time. It was quite a workout for him, but he was so pleasant and professional and made sure they were how I wanted them. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. I was very pleased with Ryan’s work and asked him to install under cabinet lighting next. I highly recommend Awar Electric.

We came across Ryan after asking for suggestions on a local community page. We saw two companies mentioned quite a bit so I called out both to provide us quotes and input on the job. We went with Ryan being that he was local, small business, very personable, and honest. Ryan got us set up on two rental properties from the ground up! Each time we called him about the next portion needed he responded promptly and came out timely. Being that we built a rapport with him and liked his work, we called him out to our home for service also. I would recommend his services to anyone.
I had this company install a new light fixture and vent my microwave to the outside, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They were professional, punctual, and proactive with scheduling. The work was completed to a very high standard, and the quality is outstanding. Everything looks and functions perfectly. I highly recommend Ryan’s electric company! Ryan was extremely professional, gave me a fair quote for installing 2 fans, new ceiling lights and an electric car charger. He also went out of his way to help me select a fan for my living room and put the finer touches on a porch fan that didn’t have a matching rod. I am new to the Cary area and felt reassured with the work he was doing and grateful that I found an amazing electrician for any future work!
Ryan came to my home in Dansforth Subdivision today to determine what was wrong with my kitchen lights and to install 3 outdoor fixtures. A faulty switch was replaced and he did an amazing job installing my outdoor lights. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs. Very professional and knowledgeable!

Ryan installed a 50 amp service outlet for me. He was prompt on getting back to me with availability and held to his word. He did the job neatly and didn’t leave any debris behind. Highly recommended for any electrical work you need done.

Ryan and his team are amazing! They are always willing to figure out a way to help my different house problems and get a solution in place quickly! For example, when my house was stuck by lightning, Ryan was able to come out and fix things within the hour. They are timely, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!!!
