Some fixtures are purely functional. Others are the first thing anyone notices when they walk through the front door. This crystal and iron drum chandelier is the second kind - and hanging it correctly required more than just connecting a few wires.
Before anything went up, we confirmed the ceiling could handle the fixture's weight. That's a step a lot of people skip, and it's the kind of thing that matters with a piece this substantial. Once we knew the support was solid, we got into the details - chain length, hang height, and making sure everything sat level and centered in the entryway.
The finished hang is clean from every angle. The canopy sits flush against the ceiling, the chain drops straight, and the fixture itself is proportioned right for the height of the space. That last part is easy to get wrong. Too high and it feels disconnected. Too low and it becomes a hazard.
We handle light fixture installations throughout Youngsville, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Raleigh, Durham, and the greater Triangle area. Whether you've already got a fixture sitting in a box or you're still trying to figure out what would work for your space, we're happy to take it from start to finish.
Not every electrician will walk through the aesthetics of a hang with you - but we will. Getting the electrical right is the baseline. Making sure it looks the way it should when it's done is what we're actually after.
